LMIA

A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document that an employer in Canada may need to get before hiring a foreign worker.

Employer should submit an application for review and assessment by ESDC. ESDC assesses the employer application and what impact foreign worker (FW) would have on Canadian labor market- positive, neutral, or negative.

FW will include positive or neutral LMIA along with other required documents in permanent residency application (in this case only positive LMIA) or work permit application and submit the application to IRCC office.

A complete package including all documents and especially supplementary one increases the chance of getting a positive LMIA. We in West Eagle Immigration are here to help our client to enhance the chance of getting a positive response.
